The Summer Special
$14.99 PER PERSON *plus set-up fee 
Includes:
Your choice of a grilled 6oz steak or 5oz chicken breast w/herbs  (one meat item per person)
  
  The Classic BBQ
$8.99 PER PERSON *plus set-up fee 
Includes:
Your choice of a 4oz Hamburger or 7"Hotdog or Grilled Sausage (one meat item per person) 
- Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, BBQ Sauce
- Fresh Buns

BBQ Ribs and Chicken
$16.99 PER PERSON *plus set-up fee
 *Add extra meat item @ $5.99 per item
Includes:
BBQ Ribs and Grilled Chicken Breast
(1/3 rack of ribs and a 5oz grilled chicken breast per person)
  
Pulled Pork
$8.99 PER PERSON *plus set-up fee
Includes:
(4oz of meat pp)
- Fresh Buns
- BBQ Sauce

The Carving station
$16.99 PER PERSON *plus $200 set-up fee
Includes:
BBQ Rib Roast on a spit. (Bone out) Slow cooked over hardwood charcoal.
(approx. 4oz of meat pp)

Packages include:
Serving table, Table cloth, chaffing dish and serving utensils
Chef to set-up, prepare and serve

ADD TO ANY PACKAGE:
Recyclable cutlery, plates and napkins- $3 per person
Ice-cold soft drinks and water (one per person) - $1
Assorted Potato chips (individual bags-one per person) - $1

Veggie burger, Gluten Free Sausage, Portobello mushroom
 substitutes can be accommodated.

​*All packages will be charged a standard set-up fee.
Set-up fees are as following:
Groups of 1-50 ppl: $199
Groups of 51-100 ppl: $299
100+ contact us to arrange set-up fee


25% deposit required at time of booking to reserve event date.
  Events are scheduled 3 hours long. (1.5 hour set up, 1 hour service, 1/2 hour tear down). Additional hours are charged at $100h
